Shipping Policy

We post on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. We use Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service to post the fish. Royal Mail usually deliver next day but on rare occasions it might take 2 days for them to deliver. We use 48 hour heatpack during cold weather.

Buying must accept the fish delivery. If delivery is refused no refund will be issued. Any death on arrival will be refunded.

We cannot guarantee that fish will be delivered on a specific day as Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service does not guarantee that they will deliver within 24 hours.
